Absolutely. The Afrikan Warriors frequently undertake extended residencies at theme parks, grand hotels, and permanent theatrical venues globally. We require minimum 3-month commitments for international residencies.

Our kinetic performances are designed for high-impact visibility. We regularly perform in traditional circuses, large-scale theme parks, premium hotel atriums, and grand theatrical stages. Open-air amphitheaters are also suitable, subject to weather conditions.

Every event is different. Share your venue, audience and running time and we will create the right performance for your budget. There are no published rates — we quote each booking individually.

A non-refundable 50% deposit secures the date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event require full payment. Exceptions are made solely for documented force majeure events.

Pre-approved press kits and imagery are provided for promotional use. Live recording during the performance is permitted for non-commercial social media use only, unless commercial broadcast rights are explicitly negotiated.

Our athletic routines require a dry, non-slip surface for safety. For outdoor events, the client must provide an adequate weather contingency plan (covered stage or indoor alternative). If conditions are deemed unsafe by our lead performer, the show may be delayed or cancelled without refund.

While we prefer a minimum 60-day lead time for international logistics, we can occasionally accommodate short-notice bookings within a 14-day window, subject to availability and expedited visa/travel arrangements (which will incur premium surcharges).

Our aesthetic is rooted in 'Cinematic Heritage'—premium, tribal-inspired performance wear. Clients can select from our curated wardrobe tiers (Traditional, Modern Brutalist, or Golden Gala) to best suit their event's theme.

Limbo Fire option available subject to venue approval, risk assessment and appropriate safety conditions. The client must provide a suitable contingency if conditions are unsafe.

For a standard kinetic showcase, we require a minimum flat, unobstructed, non-slip performance area of 5m x 5m (16ft x 16ft), with a minimum ceiling clearance of 4 meters for acrobatic maneuvers.
